Approximate ship schedule is 2 - 3 weeks from receipt of cleared payment. We will try and work with you to try to accommodate your needed time table if possible.
Returns Policy
There are always a few exemptions: Warehouse out of stock items, inbound delivery issues, etc. We will always inform you if there is a delay in shipping out product(s) to you.
Unfortunately there are some products in which we are UNABLE to accept returns. All sales including custom embroidery, heat transfers and screen printed items, any items that has been embellished on are non-returnable. That is why our quote to you must be approved by you before we proceed with an order.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping fees. All return items will be prepaid by customer before acceptance.
Return Authorization Procedure: To return a product, you must have a "Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number". Please call or email us at 630/551-6420 or sales@awarenesspromotionals.com for that RMA #. Include your name, company name, address, email, address, phone number, invoice # and product that you wish to return with the reason for that return. Our company will then in turn notify you by email with an RMA # (when applicable). Return Merchandise must be shipped prepaid with your RMA # clearly marked on the shipping label. We will not accept shipment without RMA# on label.
Allowable Merchandise: New merchandise (not altered in any way, soiled, embroidered or embellished on within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, the merchandise will not be accepted.
Shipping
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
